Shipping policy
Orders are processed and received by us through Shopify’s order processing system. Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. We will process your order and organise your shipping in accordance with our Shipping and Payments Policy. You will receive a second email which will contain tracking information to advise you that your order has been shipped. For any questions please contact us
1 - Shipping & Delivery
- To ensure you receive your order quickly we ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
- We endeavour to ship all orders placed by 1pm GMT on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on the same day.
- Orders received outside of these times on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
- Orders received on weekends and Bank holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
1.1 - Orders to UK destination
You can choose to have your order shipped to UK destination using the following methods:

All UK (Non-Prescription) orders at £100 and over are eligible for FREE shipping. These orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
All UK orders under £100 have a shipping charge. Choose your preferred courier at checkout
DPD Next Day: Order before 2pm to receive your item(s) the next business day by 12pm
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Order before 2pm to receive your item(s) within 1-3 business days.
- Same Day Delivery service with Gophr & Quiver, helping to bring your favourite products, last-minute gifts and more delivered by hand to your doorstep on the same day. Order before 2pm to receive your item(s) the same day between 10am-10pm.
1.2 - International orders
You can choose to have your order shipped to a non-UK destination using the following methods: Please note that all Pharmacy Only Medicines (P-MEDS) and Prescription-only Medicine (POM) are not available for international orders and only available within the United Kingdom.
- All International Orders have a courier calculated shipping charge. These orders are usually delivered within 25 business days depending on your chosen courier.
Occasionally international deliveries may take longer than expected to arrive at their destination. These delays may be caused by the destination country’s customs clearance procedures. Delays may also be caused by holidays, strikes or any such event that disrupts usual delivery operations. Customers understand that in these cases Dar Tejara Limited are not responsible for any such delays.
- Where permitted by the country of the shipping address, we will charge the relevant duties and import taxes at the point of checkout to ensure no surprises at the point of delivery. The below countries and regions do not support charging duties and import taxes at the checkout, these orders will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the customer is liable to pay any duties and import taxes at the point of delivery

- Dispatch date of goods is subject to the availability of stock. For any questions relating to stock availability and fulfilment/shipping times please contact us here.
- Availability of stock, dispatch and delivery dates are given as estimates only
- The customer agrees that Dar Tejara Limited is not liable in any case for any consequential or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, (including but not limited to loss of profit or any economic loss), arising out of its recklessness, negligence, inability or failure to dispatch or deliver goods within the stated time frame
- The customer agrees that despatch and delivery records kept by Dar Tejara Limited are correct and that the signed Packing Slip or Delivery Docket or of any such document used by a courier service or by Dar Tejara Limited for the purposes of recording delivery of goods is proof that goods were received by customer.
- The customer agrees to be onsite at their nominated delivery address between business hours. Dar Tejara Limited will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods at delivery sites if the customer has failed to be onsite and if goods had to be left at delivery address unattended.
- If a delivery failure occurs for whatever reason and re-delivery is requested, customers may be required to pay the re-delivery fee as charged by the courier company.
2 - Payments
2.1 Payment types
We process payments with Stripe Payments. Payments using Stripe Payments are processed in GBP. We are able to accept payments using the following types of cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- JCB
- Discover
- Diners Club debit and credit cards
We also process payments using the following services:
- Klarna
- Clearpay
2.2 Non UK cards
If you use a credit card registered overseas to make a purchase, the total costs payable will be determined by the card issuer or bank and based on the exchange rate when your card is charged. Your card issuer or bank may charge you a currency conversion fee. In addition to this your card issuer may charge you an international transaction fee that may in your statement appear as a Dar Tejara Limited charge. This is not a Dar Tejara Limited charge and we cannot reverse or refund this fee as it was not charged by us. If you would like to know what charges apply to you, please contact your card issuer prior to making any purchases on our site.
3 - Taxes
Prices quoted include UK V.A.T on all orders shipping to a UK address. Prices quoted do not include taxes for deliveries outside the UK.
