Follow the plan for one month. If you are having in-clinic treatments, start up to two weeks before, or on the day of, your first treatment. The 28 Regenerating Ampoules provide a four-week course, with one ampoule split between morning and evening.

Morning

1. Cleanse the skin.
2. Apply half of one Regenerating Ampoule. Replace the cap to keep the remaining contents for the evening.
3. Pat the product in, drawing any excess down onto the neck.
4. Once absorbed, massage a small amount of Replenishing Cream into the face and neck.
5. Once absorbed, finish with a high-protection broad-spectrum sunscreen (not included).

Evening

1. Cleanse the skin.
2. Apply the second half of the Regenerating Ampoule, patting it in and drawing any excess down onto the neck.
3. Once absorbed, massage a small amount of Replenishing Cream into the face and neck.
