Alumier MD's Clear Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen is a lightweight, non-comedogenic, quick drying physical sunscreen that provides powerful broad-spectrum protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays using a combination of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Niacinamide also soothes and relieves redness and sodium hyaluronate hydrates.

Micronized Zinc Oxide: A safe, micro-fine mineral that offers broad-spectrum protection from both UVA (aging) and UVB (sunburn-causing) rays without leaving residual chalkiness on skin. Zinc oxide is known as a physical sunscreen agent, largely reflecting and scattering UV rays.

Titanium Dioxide: A safe naturally occurring mineral coated for sun stability, titanium dioxide offers broad-spectrum protection from both UVA (aging) and UVB (sunburn-causing) rays. Like zinc oxide, titanium dioxide is known as a physical sunscreen agent, largely reflecting and scattering UV rays.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Niacinamide increases ceramides and free fatty acids in the skin, which are key components of its protective lipid barrier. Along with keeping in moisture and boosting hydration, it also calms redness and brightens skin.

Hyaluronic Acid: A complex sugar molecule occurring naturally in the body, hyaluronic acid hydrates by drawing water into the outer layers from deep within the skin. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, and makes skin plumper, softer and smoother.

How to Use

Apply generously and evenly to face, neck and chest 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply as needed or after swimming, washing, towel drying or heavy perspiring.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Prior to use on children under 6 months of age, consult a physician. "It was quite a disappointing product. First, it is not clear, it has a tint as any mineral SPF. Second, if applied under a moisturizer, it is absolutely turning the face into the grease war zone, which causes the makeup simply slide off. . . I am a very light skinned, but even then it gives me a white cast and later it will still remain and show as a purple undertone to my skin. . . It sticks into eyebrows and if you are to use the sweeping strokes applying the makeup, it will simply be rolled / peeled off. . I shall not be re-purchasing it. ."

"It's quite undetectable under the skin but I still felt in order to give myself enough coverage it did make me look 'pale' although not a super white cast. it glides on well and applies nicely under makeup. Personally I did find it a bit too thick and greasy for me on my face but then It may have been my skincare underneath? I found it beautiful wearing on the body though."

This suncream is my go

"This suncream is my go to SPF every day. It does not clog my skin, like many high SPF's do, and can be tolerated daily. My skin type is dry to normal and can be sensitive, but I have not experienced any breakouts in using this sunscreen, even in extremely hot temperatures.
